“I chose to study with ITS because I wanted to develop my knowledge and skills for my current role in a school. I had been in the role for two years following a complete career change and loved it, so I wanted to invest in my future and career aspirations.

“What I have enjoyed most is dipping my toe back into education. I spend my working day telling students how important it is to take opportunities, so I thought it was time to practise what I preach! I have loved the independence of the course and the flexibility to fit my studies around a complex family life.

“My ambition is to become a careers adviser or perhaps even progress into a lead role one day. You never know!
